Working with us
Which areas do you work in?
We work in Newcastle, Mbombela and the surrounding towns, including Madadeni, Osizweni, Dannhauser, Utrecht, Dundee, Volksrust, White River, Hazyview and Barberton. If you’re further out, give us a call.
Do you manage the plumbers and other trades?
Yes. We manage all the trades on your project, including builders, carpenters, painters and plumbers, so you only need one contact.
Who will I deal with during the project?
Riaan manages every project himself, so you always know who is responsible for your job.
Do you take on maintenance contracts?
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance and repair contracts for homeowners, landlords and businesses.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. Besides homes, we work on shops and commercial buildings, including roofing, repairs and maintenance.
Quotes and costs
How much will my project cost?
Every job is different, so we price it after a site visit. You’ll get a detailed written quote before any work starts. [Add typical price ranges here.]

Plans and approvals
Do I need approved plans?
Most new buildings and additions need building plans approved by the municipality. Smaller structures sometimes don’t. We’ll tell you what your project needs.
Can you help with building plans?
Yes. We can arrange the drawings and help you get them approved before building starts.
Do I need plans for a carport or lapa?
Often, yes, especially for bigger or covered structures. The rules differ between municipalities, so we’ll check before we start.
During the work
Can we stay in the house during a renovation?
In most cases, yes. We plan the work to keep the disruption low and keep the site safe and tidy.
Can I choose my own tiles and fittings?
Yes. You can choose your own, or we can suggest options that suit your budget.
What happens at the end of the job?
We go through the work with you, sort out any snags, clean up and hand over the finished job.
